This 1 bedroom condo sleeps 4 with a luxuious king in master bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in living room. Interior appointments include ceramic tile throughout the unit except fully carpeted bedroom, fully-equipped kitchen, granite countertops, free wireless internet, glider on balcony, brand new 42" Flat Screen TV in the living room and a 22" flat screen TV in the master bedroom. Living room also has a DVD player, VCR and stereo. Additional amenities include a washer and dryer, gulf front balcony accessible via living room with bar-height dinnette set, blackout curtains for sleeping in, and 100% Egyptian Cotton linens.
