TRUE LUXURY!!! Stunning, high end 3 Bedroom, 3 1/2 Bath bay front Penthouse with a Media Room located on the top floor of building C at Caribe Resort in Orange Beach. This penthouse sleeps up to 8 with a king in the master, a queen in the second bedroom, a queen in the third bedroom and a Frontgate queen sized portable sleeper for the living room (with built-in frame). Wet bar has an ice maker, wine chiller and margarita maker. Gourmet kitchen has a double oven, expresso maker and much more. Plus, the living room is so spacious and relaxing that you may never want to leave. This unit is one of the finest in the Caribe Resort!
As soon as you walk in the door you fall immediately into vacation mode. This penthouse has never been rented until 2011. Just some of the bells and whistles are Bose speaker systems and flat screen tvs in every bedroom, media room and living room. Lights in the hallway automatically turn on when you enter the property; there is an all on, all off, party mode and media mode for the lights and speaker system, Hunter Douglas roman shades in 2 of the bedrooms have an auto draw function, drapes in the living area are controlled by a switch remote. Kitchen is fully outfitted and even has an expresso maker and margarita maker at the wet bar. The media room boasts a 60" flat screen TV, Bose surround system and light dimming system, along with comfortable leather recliners to truly enjoy a night in!
