We enjoyed the Cottage and appreciated your company’s ability to get us in and for providing an additional day of usage. When we called, your agents were very kind and helpful. We have a few very minor pieces of negative feedback. 1) The TV in one of the guest bedrooms did not work. Maintenance confirmed such and the TV wasn’t replaced during our stay. 2) The DVD player in the master bedroom wouldn’t work either. 3) The wifi instructions inside the check-in email weren’t correct but the maintenance man was very kind and helped us correct the issue.
